Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Homecoming Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Tahanan / Xylo Software LLC, an Ohio limited liability company with its principal place of business in Ohio, USA (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to natural persons who are legal residents of countries where the Tahanan mobile app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play, and who have reached the age of majority in their place of residence.

Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Giveaway, are not eligible.

Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary.

3. Timing

The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on October 11, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 15, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter during the Promotion Period:

(a) Instagram. Comment on a participating creator’s Giveaway post as described in that post. You may submit more than one qualifying comment on Instagram, subject to Instagram’s terms and any limits stated on the post.

(b) Website. Complete the email entry form at tahanan.com/homecoming. Website entries are limited to one (1) entry per person (one entry per email address).

Automated entries, bulk entries, entries that misrepresent identity, or entries that violate these Official Rules or applicable law are void. Sponsor may disqualify entries at its sole discretion.

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Meta.

5. Prize and winners

Each winner will receive one annual Tahanan subscription (approximately $179.99 retail value). Approximate retail value is about $179.99 USD; actual tax liability, if any, is the winner’s responsibility unless required by law.

Sponsor determines the number of winners. Sponsor intends to select one (1) winner from eligible website entries and one (1) winner from each participating Instagram comment section, but Sponsor may adjust the number of winners or pools in its sole discretion.

Each person may win only once across all entry methods and pools, regardless of the number of entries submitted.

6. Drawing and notification

Winners will be selected in random drawings from separate pools: (i) eligible website entries, and (ii) each participating Instagram comment section. If a selected entry is duplicate, invalid, or ineligible, Sponsor may redraw until a qualified winner is chosen for that pool.

Sponsor will contact potential winners by Instagram direct message or by email by November 22, 2026. Potential winners must reply within seven (7) days of notification with any information Sponsor reasonably requests to verify eligibility and deliver the prize. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

7. General conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release Instagram/Meta and Sponsor from liability arising from participation or acceptance/use of a prize. The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

8. Privacy

Information collected through the website entry form is used to administer the Giveaway, confirm your entry, contact you if you win, and send a one-time entry confirmation. Sponsor does not sell your email address. See tahanan.com/about/privacy-policy for more about how Tahanan handles personal information.

If you enter via Instagram, your comment and public profile information are subject to Instagram’s policies; Sponsor may use your Instagram handle to identify entries and notify winners.
